The entrance is enticingly, warmly lit. Everyone has noticed, this entire city is hot, red hot. This is the entrance to Pasha. The sun reflects on the ubiquitous red walls of the ramparts, fortresses and hotels (outside the medina) built in the same color the original wall seperating the city-what is now the medina-from what was the desert at that time and is now the new city. The interiors follow the same theme, which makes the facade of the city just as welcoming as its people.
